Every 6 months to 1 year the gas manages to reduce in pressure, and I have paid for the replacement of some parts of the coolant gas pipes (which they said was not covered by guarantee) but all to no avail
Low cooling problem is back this summer too. My kids cannot eat icecream at home because this horrible machine cannot keep icecream frozen .
Add to that the service, it completely sucks. To narrate the latest incident, I asked for the repair person to come on a saturday. The call centre said yes, we will put a note, and the repairman will call you in 2 hours time. This has been repeated across last 3 weeks on repeated complaints - the cl centre commits and the service engineer just closes the complaint on his own . They should sell the refirigerator with a sticker saying " ONLUY FOR UNEMPLOYED AND RETIRED PEOPLE - PRODUCT WILL FAIL FREQUENTLY
