I purchased ’Whirlpool Window 1.5 Ton Royale 3 Star’ around three days back but its installation has not been by the company officials even after repetitive requests. I called the whirlpool customer care almost five times (SR number: GB0410004696) but every time there response was " it will be solved with in next few hours and surely somebody will get back to you". But there was no response from those guys.
Finally I have to get it installed from the local electrician. If this is their first service then I can imagine what will be there service in future.
I suggest never to go with whirlpool products.
