After sale's service is worst in case of Ghaziabad

Dated 25th April 2011 raised a request regarding Split AC Installation the guy came & installed the AC but the ac is not functioning well then 3 person visited my house & told me different reason’s :-


1) A told me that problem with compressor.


2) B told me that problem with voltage.


3) C  the guy who has installed the ac told me that problem is with PCB controller.


Then the person who is responsible for my area the service center (ZZZ) told me that he is sending some sr engg to rectify the problem. Still I am waiting for that person & its more than 7 days the last time the person visited. I and my family is suffering from this.


The request is made to whirlpool company & the details are as follows :-

so many times I talked to customer service(0120-6000855) but not able to get response that when the sr engg will come and rectify my problem.


i am facing this problem ghaziabad since monopoly of the service center.
