I am not sure if this should come under the Store which I bought this machine or under whirlpool washing machine. I bought this machine from Adhishwars Bangalore, they delivered the machine on the same day. But the catch was that they wont fix the machine for me. I SHOULD call the WhirlPOOL customer care and they wil come and fix it for me. The customer care executive told me that he will sent someone in 2 days.
Well I fixed the washing machine myself and when the representative from whirlpool came to my house after a week, he just checked the machine. The only question I have is why doesn’t the dealer fix the machine for the customer? Why does the customer has to wait for the Whirlpool representative to knock on his door, before he can start using it? Coming to machine, it’s good, whereas its shaky if we put less clothes.
