Ever since we bought this machine we have complained about 7 times.
The machine vibrates a lot during the spining program.
The pressure sensor was changed once but the problem was not solved.
The service engineer even changed the shocks of the machine but that failed too.
During the last visit done by the engineer on 11th May he diagnosed the problem as
drum out.HE said that he will come the next day to change the pressure sensor and start the machine.
The drum was going to be replaced too.No call report is given to the customer.
We have called every day but the call center executives are giving us false
assurances that some engineer will come and rectify the problem.
The call center executives never gives us the complaint no.
The call is also not transfered to the supervisor.
They dont have any names to give when we ask for the superiors.
The call center executives are not cooperative at all.
We are tired with the defective machine and want a repalcement or refund.
