We bought it nearly two years back. Ours was a black color one which is very beautiful in appearance. It was working very well but when we moved to another place where we had a maid to do the laundry, we kept the machine unused for a couple of months. We did not take good care with the packing so it fell victim to a rat and lost all the wiring on the inside. So after a couple of months, when we thought of using it and unpacked it, we found that it’s no longer in a working condition and we had to call the customer care. Within few hours we got a call back from the service centre and in a few minutes the service executive arrived at our home. It took a few hours for him to totally repair it and bring it back to working condition. He worked continuously without having his lunch. Finally the machine is all set to go and the service executive even gave us a demo after the repair. The machine was under warranty but a rat bite is something that’s not covered under warranty; so we were charged some 350/- INR as a service charge apart from a new power cable. This happened almost a year back and since then the machine kept running everyday till date with no problems what so ever. The programs available in the machine are very useful. Quick wash feature is one that’s very useful when we are in a rush. The end result is almost dry clothes that’s perfectly washed. We use Surf Excel matic or Ariel matic washing powders along with Comfort cloth conditioner. I suggest the same to anyone using this machine or planning to buy.
