I had made several service requests at Whirpool customer care no 040 60008558.Below are the service request numbers:
HD0412019097 on 27/4/12
HD0412019709 on 28/4/12
HD0512000836 on 2/5/12
The aim was to service my Whirpool whitemagic acquashower F54 washing machine. After my first request on 27/4/12 the service engineer named Mallesh came from Khairatabad branch but could not open the screw of the agitator.Assuring me that he will get another tool/equipment the next day he went back and took INR 760 for the visit. After not responding the next day I made another request on 28/4/12.Now Mallesh came alongwith some other engineer. Again both of them were unable to open the screw of the agitator and so went back saying that they will come after sometime. After repeatedly calling Mallesh on his mobile 8106446270 he always said that he is coming but never turned up.
So I made another service request on 2/5/12.
These service engineers can be well evaluated by the fact that they do not even have the required tools to open a screw. Also they cheat the consumer by charging exorbitant amount of money just for making home visit without servicing the machine.
Worst post sales service.
