I was very happy with Whirlpool after buying the ice magic Fridge from whirlpool. But now I regret that. Its a worst brand available in the market now. I bought a Whirlpool White Magic F 65 on 22nd of Aug.. and till now I used it only once because it was defective when I received it. The first wash itself it drained my 2000 L over head tank. and then I noticed the dump valve was leaking and the water was keep flowing even while soaking. I started the process of contacting Whirlpool and the dealer and they sent a service person. The worst of service I ever had. and finally they said the dump valve is broken inside and needs to be replaced. Till today its almost a month its in the same condition and no replacement or service is done. I called the whirlpool several times but they say we will replace but it never happens... I am going to file a case against the company in the consumer court as I got the confirmation from whirlpool that they will be replacing it within 48 hours. I am warning you.. its the worst of the lot.. Never BUY it.. Never buy it...it uses a lot of water and doenst clean the cloths.. its not white magic its ’’worst magic’’... it should be renamed so.....
An Update :
After a lot of fights with Whirlpool, They Replaced it with a new one. Its working fine as of now. An advise for all.. never contact again and again dealer or local service if they are not helping in the first call.. call and reach the max level u can... belive me.. it works... I got it replaced with in 5 days of contacting the Regional Sales Manager ...
