I brought a new washing machine and the piece came was faulty! I had to run after them for more than one month to get it replaced! The replaced machine Jumps like crazy during the wash cycle. When I say it jumps, it really jumps. It moves to the other end of my Dry-balcony. And whirlpool engineer says, this is the way it works and we should put only similar cloths at any point of time. If shirts, I should put only shirts! One time my neighbor came running hearing the noise! One of the reasons we bought fully automatic machine is put for wash and go out and come back to put the cloths for drying. But with this, we have to sit and wait till the washing is over. We are really fed up with the box! It is a very bad product! I don’t know how a company like whirlpool can make a rubbish product like this. I have a whirlpool refrigerator and that is Ok.
