Let me relate the worst customer experience for me at whitefield Honda.
I had contacted Whitefield Honda to take a test drive. The guys at the whitefield Honda told that it is not possible to take the test car to our office in Whitefiled as other customers might drop in. That meant that I had to go to whitefields motors to take a test drive.
Most of the other dealers send the cars to the office so that we can take test drives without having to
waste our time.
Nonetheless we informed the Whitefield Honda sales guy that we will be coming in 10 minutes and if the car is ready for test drive. He said that the car is always ready. Anyway we reached the Whitefield Honda through slow moving traffic (an accident had taken place) . When we reached the Whitefield Honda they said that they cannot go for a test drive as there is a traffic Jam. I had gone in my car and just after the Whitefield Honda there is a left for ORR which had zero traffic. So after wasting a precious hour we did not get any test drive. We had moreover asked them to contact us later and if possible send the car to our office.
No prizes to guess that the call never came. So much for the service.
I have now decided not to buy a Honda vehicle , the service is pathetic. If this is presale service guess that would after sale be ?
