I had visited travel agent(Deepakhrishna Patel) of White pearl Holidays Private Limited, Mulund- west for flight booking of USA for two person.I requested Mr. Patel to book flight for USA and paid him 1 Lakh Rs. for same. Initially he promised me to give tickets and I waited for 1 month. During this one month he haven’t responded and hence I requested him to refund money. He agreed for same and returned only 50, 000 till now. Now it’s been 1 year since he is delaying my 50, 000 payment and giving me same reason. So, I strongly request you to do not deal with any kind of business with Whitepearl Holidays and spread this review and save people from getting cheated.Many complaints are logged against this company on consumer forum. So be alert.
