Whose line is it anyway is the most original show one can see on the idiot box.
The format of the show is four guys doing stand-up comedy in a group of two or more and the only difference being that the lines are not rehearsed. They are all made up as the show moves along.
Drew Carey the host of the show has some predetermined games for which he takes ideas from the audience present in the studio and throws the challenge at the four contestants. Whatever the game, the content has to be humurous.
The four guys on the show are fabulous actors with a great presence of mind.
Not just lines they even come up with songs. Which is the last section of the show.
Drew Carey himself tries his hand at a stint himself, but someone ought to tell him that he is better off in his show, which is coincidentally aired on the same day on the same channel.
