I am trying to buy a new broadband connection for Kharar (Punjab) & in this regard I have called Wi5 customer care number & they have given contact number 9317299000 of their local office.
When I called to this number they have given me another number 9316337303.
After that I have tried both the numbers & every time I have got the below response
1) Not reachable
2) Not responding
3) Number switch off
Again I have called Customer care but no fruitful response received.
In the mean time I have got details of some field executive from my friend, I have called this person to visit my place & installed the connection but after commitment he has not visited yet.
After that I have left my contact details on the wi5 website under "Need a broadband connection" but as usual no response yet.
After all this I have written email to the below mentioned email ids (reminder mail also sent)

Friends You cant believe again I have not received any response from these concerned authorities.
Trust me I am trying since 10-April-13 & but till the time I unable to get in touch with anyone.
For Wi5 I was planing to surrender my very old Photon+ corporate connection but now after all this I have to re-think on it.
PATHETIC...This is the customer care & service offered by you. No body is caring for Wi5 business as-well.
