I tried to redeem my points last May 31, and they gave me this "proccesing" status. Yes that’s how they spell it. But now when I checked, that status is gone and I couldn’t find that request. They deleted it! I checked my Paypal if they paid but they didn’t. I just wasted my time on this app. I spent weeks accumulating 5000 points, just to get my request deleted and unpaid. My phone even lagged and got some virus because of some apps they offer. It’s not worth it. Don’t waste your time on this trash.
