First of all, the place asks you to pay upfront before the service, which I found strange. I’ve been to many spas across cities and the decent ones did not have this practice.
Secondly, the massage therapist applied too much pressure even though I told her multiple times that I want light pressure. Either she did not understand or did not care.
Finally, they did not even bother offering green tea or drink after the service. Even small places offer this courtesy and it’s surprising that this chain did not, especially for the rates they charge.
Overall very disappointing service. Would advise people not to waste their money here.
