Lackness of the Windows 8.1 operating system was this OS was not for the all pc it was recommended for 64 Bit pc many people are use 32 Bit pc and they are not able to use this OS and it was also a not good OS because in this OS when we want to use internet through a mobile or dongle then he takes too much data because in this OS many background apps are run in the all time and when I use a net then he takes the data for his use and it was not good OS for the all people.
