Well If you are
not an avid computer fan you might be forgiven for thinking that this is a
completely new company from whose stable Windows Vista comes, and for some
reason it is quite similar to OS X from Apple but dont make any mistakes, This
is the Microsofts newest baby and ships in with all the flaws Microsoft can
legally put into it.
It can not run most hardware: Out of the box it is only compatible with your
motherboard and keyboard, though this is slowly being resolved and most of the
companies are releasing/ have released drivers that are computable with this
version.
It is irritatingly secure: Americans are pretty concerned with their privacy
and security, so the guys at Microsoft made a parody of it by developing one of
the most annoying pop-up module till date.
It comes in Too many versions: There is the Basic which is the cheapest, and
doesnt offer much.
Then there is the home premium which is Basic plus a new Areo concept.
its pretty cool with the transparencies and stuff. Home premium also comes with
all the entertainment features like the Media centre and the moviemaker, Next
comes the business which is more secure and ships with all the features of Home
premium minus the entertainment stuff. The final is the ultimate edition which
simply has everything from all the other features.
With Microsoft releasing the service pack 1 for vista the experience is going
to get better I suppose.
