Boy, do we have a stable O/S from Microsoft in XP?? Take a few minutes to visit their product support site for number and millions of bytes of patches posted. Talking of which, Bill gates has his life well organised. It is left to me to download the endless MBs and leave for the automatic updates flash scarry messages & still make my installation at the end of it.
For a poor Home edition user such as me, it is too many mega bytes of techno gobble-d-goog flowing down the tube! I pay for that process thru my nose to the ISP, for his connect time; I would prefer the good old friendly nerd playing with my laptop and then certifying all is fine, than this hi-tech self help sites that leave you foxed.....
