Radio cabs are never ever on time. It does not matter if you book an hour in advance or a day in advance. Moreover no one bothers informing you. You can keep calling them and get a standard reply that you will get the driver details in 5 mins. but it never comes.
Really pathetic service. I don’t understand, if they have such a huge demand for their service, why don’t they increase the number of cabs they operate?
Moreover the call center operators are rude and they lie through their teeth. They even went up to the extent of giving me a random wrong number for contacting the driver. Wont recommend this cab service to anyone.
