I booked a cab for 2 pm at 10:45 am. Usually a customer gets a sms with vehicle & driver details 30 mins prior to travel time. Since I did not get any till 1:30 pm, I called up the call-center at 1:35 and informed them that I have a international flight and I need the cab by 2. I was informed I will get the cab details in 10 mins. Not getting any details till 1:50, I again called them. From 1:50 to 2:15 I was constantly in touch with them (in the two calls I was put on hold for more than 10 mins).
The problem is that they DID NOT EVEN deploy a car for the booking till 2:15. This is after they getting two reminders from me at 1:35 and at 1:50. And after informing them that I have a international flight. This complaint is not about deficient service (traffic problem, car failure problem), this is about taking a booking and sitting on it in-spite of repeated reminders and NOT EVEN deploying a car. This is the service they provide, totally irresponsible.
I am filing a case against them in consumer court, will keep you posted.
