Booked cab of 10:30 PM on 30th Jan, 16. Waited till 10:40PM, called these guys, they said it cant come before 11 and that’s not sure too.
I was stuck with my family and this area is far from city.
I tried to ask the guy why they confirmed it earlier that it would be on time and he said, "I dont know sir"
How can customer care guy not know why their service is not on time.
I and all my friends, we would never ever use this cab service
I wonder, anyway this cab is not as good as uber or ola, still they don’t care about their customers at all.
