I had booked Wings cab on 28th Dec 2013 to get a drop to Pune Railway Station at 1630 hrs. The driver called up at 1626 hrs to tell me that he is in Wakad and will reach the pick up point in 10-15 mins after dropping other customer.
I told him clearly that I have to catch a train to Punjab and I shouldn’t miss it. Still he came late and only appeared by 1645. I was really annoyed by his attitude as even after knowing that its late, he didn’t seem to hurry/ help with luggage or be thoughtful to drop me in time.
when he reached the pick up point he got down and started to have gutkha even seeing me ready with luggage.
On his way he was more attentive to checkout girls wherever he could spot them.
When we reached RTO point, he asked me’ab to sach batao train time kya hai’(at least now tell me the truth about what time your train is), and I had to show him my train ticket to get him serious.
He stopped at the back gate of the railway station where there were no coolie and I told him not to as I have three bags with me. there he wasted 5 mins!
After I reached main gate, I asked him to carry one bag as I could run with other two BUT only to learn that I missed my train by 2 mins difference:’(
I was a single lady traveler on such a long route without any idea about what to do next. The cab driver just vanished in crowd saying his taxi is kept unlocked. I had to inquire and take a separate cab to reach next station on my train schedule. In next 3 hours I was damn scared and watching every minute if I will reach safely and timely.
When I complained them on 30th after reaching the destination, they said they will call me back and never did. It has been the worst experience with wings.
I want Wings Radio Cab to cab to reimburse me my cab fare, apologies and compensate the mental trauma caused.
