I booked a cab for 11 PM and the cab driver details sent to me. When the cab didnt came on time, I started calling the driver but he didnt pick the phone. When I called Wings, they told me that the cab has broken down and they dont have replacement( telling that 11 PM). The only thing they offered was sorry.
If the customer would have cancelled it, then they should have asked for cancellation charges. But in this case, they didnt compensate the customer.
