After being guaranteed a Tatkal ticket, they not just ditched me after I reached my destination, I had to leave my meeting many many times to call them and they were thereafter cowardly and unprofessional enough to stop taking my calls.
They cost me thousands worth of stress in that single day and ruined my business meeting. Besides loss of money which I luckily managed to avert because I had paid check, again at the cost of a lot of time and many calls, the stress was unimaginable.
