Here is my story - This is best app to get exploited and cheated. I would rather spend the flight ticket to deliver something myself (I am actually doing this) rather than relying on this app. I ordered (Order Id - 103281491878) birthday flowers one day before the birthday. I made the payment in advance and the delivery was supposed to be between 10AM to 9PM. I called customer care around 1PM to ask for delivery time and was told that the parcel will be delivered by 4PM. I made another call around 7PM and was told that the parcel will be delivered by 9PM. I made yet another call at 9PM and was told that the parcel will be delivered by 11PM. If not then tomorrow. Wow https://.what an awesome service. I asked for an escalation number and did not get one. I asked to talk to their manager and was put on hold. I also have the recording of the conversation but mouthshut does not have an option to attach a recording. It can either upload a photo or a video. Unfortunately, the company does not realise that every bad customer experience makes you loose 5 times more potential customers. RIP Winni.in.
