Their vendors are very unprofessional. They just kill and dampen your spirit of celebration and occasion. I sent 2 rakhi combo to my maternal uncle which they promised to deliver by the evening. I even got a message that they have been delivered. But next day I learnt from my relatives that they didn’t receive it at all. So I was shared the vendors number and upon calling the vendor (Salvan Bakery Batala) I was told by the vendor that he cannot deliver anything anywhere. Who so ever wants the Rakhi should come and take it from his shop. Having no other option I sent my cousin to take it from the Bakery. When she brought the package at home there was only 1 rakhi and 1 sweets. Where as I booked 2 rakhi and 2 sweets. So I called back the salwan Bakery, he firstly straight away said that he received message for only 1 sweets and 1 rakhi from winni. Hence I called back up to winni customer care whereby they made the salwan Bakery agreed upon the real order he had received was that of 2 each. Despite of that I wasn’t delivered even on next day. Finally after so many calls and reminders, remaining part of the Order was delivered on the 3rd day of the actual promised day. Had I not followed up I am sure they wouldn’t have done it on that day too. I wonder how come they sent me acknowledgement that my orders were delivered on the first day itself where as it wasn’t. My suggestion to everyone kindly do not rely upon them. I will prefer ferns and petals over them always and ever. Ferns and petals are highly professionals as they stand up to their commitments. Winni.in is more costlier as well as poor, worst, disgusting in services.
