They don’t deliver anything on a given time irrespective of extra Express charges. Customer Support is extremely rude and would disconnect your call when you point out issues. Their Terms are very bad - irrespective of EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGES, they can deliver until 52 hours from the date of Delivery i.e. almost 2 days. You Cannot Cancel Order or avail Refund. There is NO ASSURANCE if the gift will be delivered or not and you cannot do anything.
Government should take action on such e-com portals where they create fake invoice charges and don’t deliver as per the commitment.
