Its been more than 24 hours and Yesterday my order was not delivered completely in amritsar on 31 Jan 2023 night around 8:45pm. Its very wrong and I dont know how you serve customer like this and I have been tracking through various medium no one is answering. My wifes contact number was also given in order but she has been contacting delivery agent that why cushion which was also the part of order and why it was not delivered. AND HE TOLD THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE WHOLE ORDER AMOUNT BACK. I am going to place as many negative feedbacks with all these details on various forums and social networking sites that HOW WINNI TAKE AND ACCEPT ORDERS EVEN WHEN PARTS OF THE ORDER ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM TO DELIVER AND . THEN HOW WINNI HARRASS PEOPLE TO TRACK DOWN REFUND EVERY OTHER DAY FOR SUCH ORDERS.? THIS IS VERY WRONG AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED.
