My experience is totally worst with this company. Hr department do not do their respective duty with honesty. I mean the selection process of the company is not transparent. Salary comes on the very first date of the next month but they do not pay according to skills and work load. Over duty policy is really poor. It do not clear the picture of rate/hours. I was working in the thane location there was high pressure situation. The team leaders are not able to handle the pressure so sometimes they become ugly among the team. Transportation is again not good they provide night transportation only. Promotion criteria are not good not bad. Infrastructure is super. If you don't have any other options then you can prefer this otherwise big NO for this company.
