Wipro is a big name in IT sector.and many people I have seen in my personal knowledge consider it to be a very big sector.Most of the people wants to go their beacuse of its name not realising the reality .
Most of the people thing is that it is a sector which help you grow .But it might not be the case.I have seen people going there and getting exhausted at beginning .The work load is very high when you join they make you work even overtime sometimes as you are a new guy.
Even after doing overtime you do you don’t get the overtime .It is not really a life changung experience .
You are so exhausted everyday because of immense work
No job benefits if you are expecting some just to be clear there are none.
Also the work environment is not verg great.There is a discrimination sometimes.Its not like you should be treated like a boss but you are definately not treated like a normal employee.
Every superior acts like a boss and there is hardly any equality.People try to act like bosses everyday and evrytime they could .Everyone wants to feel superiour over there.
But still it is not a verg bad place but workload is more than salary and sadly its a story everywhere in the IT sector so nothing new here like any other IT sector Work is really very much and salary is really low.But it might help you grow in your life through such experiances.So just take that in notice and would give 6/10 from my experiance.
