salary is from 1, 2000 to 160000 AN.there is no future.u can appoint as team leader aftr bpo frst level.thn wht will salary? it will be around 200000AN.so I think if u have some axtra tym to spend over ths typ of job thn u will join other wise leave it and looking other job.
