Hello friends, I had been purchased a wipro halogen tubelight of 250watt, 240volts for my industrial use. When I purchased it all going are well but after two days, suddenly it’s off. When I opened it, I found that its electonic blast had been burned and all the controled and power cables are melted with each other.
When I make complained about it to wipro customer service representative, they asked me about my billing address and purchasing date for complain registration and its warranty period also. When I give all the details, they promised me that, today our engineer will be checked it and your problem will be resolved today. But no one coming from wipro service center to my address in two working days. Once again I make a call to Wipro customer service representative and giving my complain Number for further enquiry. Now at that time they said that we have no sufficient service engineer for complain. So today your complain definitely wiil be resolve by our service engineer. After that a Engineer comes from wipro and after checking my halogen tubelight, he said that sir i’m carrying a electonic blast of 400watt in place of 250watt by mistake, and I will come after two days with it and I’m definitely resolve your problem. But today I have no solution about it and I’m very disappointed about it. Today I promise myself that I will not purchasing about any wipro product.
