I worked for this company for almost 5 years. HR policies certainly detoriated day by day. Definately policies are not employee friendly. You must hv to spend average 9.5 hours in a day, even if you dont hv any reason to stay late, and if ur average goes below this even slightly(calculated on weekly basis), a mail from HR will wait for you in your inbox.
To servive and remain in company, you will hv to appear & clear multiple technical exams in a year(in their own examination room, they call this test, a CG-Test, and they don’t bother how much work load u hv).
Variable pay policy is so worst that at end of every quarter, you will regret after seeing your payslip. In a quarter, if u become non-billable, even for just a 1 week, u will loose a heafty sum.
During recession in 2009, they fired many employees including sr. managers who spent even 15-20 years. They hv a very less tolorance.
Opps, one more thing, they categories their employees with different tags:
1). 10+: wear green tag,
2). 5+: wear red tag,
- Rest other: wear blue tag
worst ever way to differentiate between employees.
A friendly advice is, if you hv a wipro’s offer, turn it down otherwise, you will repent on your decision. But yep, if u believe that seeing is believing, surly go ahead.
