Pathetic Internet connectivity and customer service. It used to be good earlier but now it have become pathetic. Slow internet issue is persistent, pages load slow and videos buffer all time. Frequent internet disconnection issue is there. Customer care people are rude and absolutely unprofessional and don’t care about customers. I’ve raised 3-4 tickets but they remained unresolved. Also, its ridiculously overpriced for the speed they offer!
Please stay away from this ISP. There are far better alternatives available!
