it has some pros and a lot of cons .
pros;
speed provided as per promised
very good torrent client speed even reaches upto 10MBps
cons
bad service from customer support
online payment option not available
local office charges more than the rates stated in the official site
I have also contacted for the same issue but did not get any reply
connections drops even when drizzling
other operator like alliance has better service even during rains
if you are a torrent lover take this connection else go for alliance or siti cable
