If youre considering Wishnet for anything more than just FB and whats app, STOP!
Ive using it for 6 months not and today Ive cancelled their subscription. I wrote this email to their customer service desk, you may go through it to check whats it like,
Dear Help desk
My id is somenathd_sdg.
This is to bring to your notice that in my area internet is pathetic for last 20 days and your customer service is a level above the condition of your internet.
As per advice from the local distributor of your service Ive upgraded my plan to 1 MBPS but its all same. Such unreliability brings great inconvenience to people as internet is one of the essentials of everyday life.
In addition to your pathetic internet connection and related inconvenience, your mysterious customer service( I wish this mail is not read by one of them) made it almost unbearable frustration.
I cant help but to infer this as a treachery as the problem of high latency can be solved with right intention. How high? As high as 70.000 ms in ping!(if that put you to shame, writing this email would be partially successful).
Hold on, theres more to it. your customer service(again fervently hoping that youre not one of them) never kept promise, be it, getting back to me or resolving the problem or sending support to my place!
Great going guys . Ill try an circulate this in social media so that I can help others being cheated by your service.
