Does WNS exactly knows, " what is sexual harassment and what need to be take action for it??"
I am saying this, as I was a small part of WNS Global Service for 10 months. And my manager was Akram Khan. This person only knows how to spole other’s career and master in doing sexual harassment meghna and one of my friend was my colleague and I have experience each and every situation happening around me with my colleague, like passing volgur comments with their clothes. Also this person is greedy for others chocolate, things etc. Even though, after complaining to Higher Authority, WNS only supports managers because they only want business.
They have not left me also. Just because, I have left that company for 10 months, they have given remarks as, " No hire again".
THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN.
