During the last year of graduation I had campus placement at WNS Global Services and I was happy for that. After completion of college I was expecting the joining call from the company HR team which never happened. And when I contacted, I was really upset with their unconvincing answers so finally I decided to visit the company and when I did, I was treated as fresher and told to apply again and go through all the selection process all over again despite of their offer letter I already had with me. I was so shocked that I decided not to start my carrier with such an insane management.
Even the process I and all of the students had to pass through for the selection was so messy and they actually treat all the freshers as garbage with very low salaries and almost no future growth chances. There were many like me amazed with the service so there is no way that I am going to recommend it to anyone.
