WNS has a better environment than the other BPO’s in market.The infrastructure is way too better and nicely made. I’ve worked for WNS for 7 years and it was a pleasure being with the company and the team. It has big clients like Travelocity and Centrica which seems to be the high revenue earning client.
Initially Laasith Malinga use to be a brand ambassador for WNS when I was there, not sure about now. Overall a good place for work and fun. Heard that they have now got more customers like Flipkart for support.
