.Hello readers. had gone for a health check up at Wockhardt hospital in MARINE LINES Recently I MY FRANDFATHER opeated in wockhardt hostpital after dischargei had HE HAD some complications.so I went to wockhard and none of the doctors who operated my grand fathet were available when I called up the doctor she said you go to casuality they will help me out .so the RMO checked my grandfatger and asked to get a radiology test done.but no senior DR was there to get a second opinion avout the test done.no one was there to look after so that I had to call up again to the the concerned doctor . who did the operation of my grand fatherso had to call up the doctor all over again So when I called her next day she answered very rudely and disconnected the call before giving the answr for my concern as I not know whether we could go for radiology test immediately for a second time I called her on personal no. She started shouting at me telling that this is not the time to call & one should call only at consulting time and also said that how can you disturb for such a silly question. I ALWAYS observed that there were always 2 patients at a time in her consulting room and even she doesn’t give sufficient time to her patients to answer their queries. She was always in a hurry to finish off her appointments. Even she has not answered some of my questions regarding my GRANDFATHER’S treatment & tests suggested by THE RMO She asked me to go to the reception for the details.If the receptionist could answer medical questions like what is the need for certain tests, Is there any side-effects involved in such test etc. Then there is no need to call & disturb the doctor ( as the doctor felt .SUCH DOCTORS SHOULD CLEARLY WRITE IN A NOTICE THAT anybody calling after THE CONCULTING TIME will not be entertained even if it is URGENT. .NOT AT ALL RELIABLE HOSPITAL. NOT RECOMMENDED waste of time and waste of moneyyy
