I have taken both Caramel and Chocolate flavor women’s Horlicks. Both flavor taste delicious.
The package says that the Women’s Horlicks with advanced CALSEAL formula especially helps bone nutrients like Calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K2 to reach the bone and make them strong and healthy.
The cramel flavor is bit creamyand malty in taste and has ingredients like malt, milk, and other important nutrients which provides daily dietary requirement for women and I usually prefer caramel flavor over chocolate although both taste yummy.
I usually take women’s horlicks in the evening with milk and don’t add any sugar, I think its more tastier and healthier this way.
