Very bad after sell service.

The overall product quality in showroom is good. But the business model of woodenstreet is - you have to pay the product price in advance and the product will get delivered to you in 45 days, that is where all the problem starts. There is no follow-up on product status, you have to just pay money and pray god for the product to be get delivered. For me the product got delivered in around 55 days. The price of the product is not cheaper, it is as same as Peperfry or UrbanLadder. Worst thing starts after product delivery if you didn’t get the right product or product in right shape. For me I have ordered three items, out of which couple of items where of different specification then I asked and bit damaged as well. I have repeatedly mailed them and called them, but there is really nothing the customer care can do or neither they are interested to do, other than telling sorry politely. The operation team is not at all interested on interfering on these matters, however they convince me to buy the product and gave confidence that after sell service will be good, but you should never believe them.I can never recommend anyone Woodenstreet, if you like any of the design of woodenstreet, then just buy the same type design from some branded/reliable source ever if the price is more. It’s really frustrating when you buy a product on spending so much money by betting on a start-up and finally end up with nothing other than feeling like a fool to believe them.
