I ordered products worth 65K on July 31 2017, and till date I havent received any information about delivery. I have been constantly checking but I get a standard answer 3-4 days of dispatch. They dont even bother call up or inform the user to update on deliveries /delays. Even if you call, people dont come on line to talk. Worst customer experience. My mistake that I did not check before ordering. I am asking for a refund and the team has gone in silent mode. TThere should be a govt policy that people cant force consumers 100% payment, as the consumer has no say, except for legal route.
Finally after all follow ups escalations, got the furniture in october. only to find one item was defective. Continuous escalations, with no efforts finally bore fruits in Mar 2018. They replaced the unit, which again was found to have the same issue with the stools of the replaced unit. Eventually they gave some stupid reason to not conform to the specification. Left it like that. But again, the table started developing cracks, and I have been following up, they dont have the decency of responding, calling or anything. Now I have initiated consumer forum process, and hoping that some justice will be served.
No quality control, no service, online shopping has gone to a different level with no policies in place.
Finally put, please DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER WOODENSTREET EVER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
