I ordered 3 king size beds & one coffee table. This feedback is based on other competitive products in the market(based @Bangalore). My rating is 3.5 since system does not provide half point hence I provided 4 rating.
Time line for delivery: Customer should have patience as time line is very long(standard product). Any customization may take more time.
Cost: Standard products are priced competitively, but any customization cost becomes non-competitive(higher than others).
Delivery at home: This needs improvement, carpenter needs to have sense of cleanliness and respect for other furniture and fixtures.
Quality of fitment: This needs serious attention as products directly do not fit hence carpenters are needed to make adjustment as well as fine tune almost every fittings, as well as proper marking of each parts which goes where, wood cuts must be straight line etc.(factory quality issue).
Quality of wood: Hardwood quality is good, MDF used is greenply(standard option should also provide plywood with reasonable price option), plywood is considered as customization, as mentioned any customization comes with additional higher cost.
Quality of roller: Plastic / PVC roller used in the bed pull out drawer can be little higher quality.
Needs improvement on customer follow-up and respect for commitment.
Special mention of Tanvi who did mAnasultange last minute issues and addressed most of the concerns(hope others can follow the same).
