They have a delivery time of 5 weeks but you will surely not get it before 3 months and that too after rigorous follow-up. Their attitude is like - you are begging for furniture(no replies to mails- queries etc.) even though you have already made full payment in advance. Got a 3+1+1 fabric sofa which arrived well after 3 months. Within 2 months the fabric developed bobbling . It now looks like a second hand piece of furniture. No replies to complaints - both mails and phones. Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t go by their client list pasted in their shop- am sure that is just to misguide quality seeking customers- in the name of quality they fleece with sub-standard furniture.
