I just bought the new woodland shoe worth 6999/-. I just wore them few days and within a week the base of shoe got separated!
When I report this to company they didn’t respond me and finally after putting my request more than 5 times to them they responded!
They said they never guarantee about the base of the shoes but as per the guarantee card it included every single part of shoes in the guarantee terms!
I’m highly disappointed with this! The company’s customer service is the worst ever seen!
