Unless and until you want to experience the worst customer service in the segment of online shopping, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I would not even call them a decent online shopping portal. Just want to share my brief stint of experience with them. We moved into a new house and it was our ill- fate that we ordered a "RIO OUTDOOR SET" - order number 100010597 from them. First of all unlike all other online furniture portals they do not even have a delivery team.
They deliver it through the "CHEAPEST DELIVERY COMPANY AVAILABLE". Scratches are common to happen. Additionally, the delivery guy will have no idea about the product and more importantly you cannot even open the product and see before you pay, which of course you need to pay only BY CASH. Now coming to the installation part. You need to raise an installation request and the carpenters would never come.
They would blatantly lie that they would be attending in 30 mins or so and that h30 mins would be your entire lifetime. For an instance We waited for 1 month for installation and still its pending. I have decided to pay extra bucks and hire a carpenter from outside and do it. Oh. I forgot to mention they do have a customer service helpline where the calls would not be picked up 80% of the time and yes you guessed it right, you would get the opportunity to speak to some real stupid people every time you call them. The call centre team has no idea whatsoever about the installation and delivery team. They do not even update the tracking details in website.
So Please stick to the more popular portals like UL and PF and DO NOT FALL FOR THE CHEP PRICES. And I believe most of the positive reviews here are from the Company people itself. Bottom line - Buy from Woody’s at your own peril.
