The speed of the site is not good. It is a little bit slow as compared to another E-Commerce site. The products which are listed is very heavy graphics. It should little be lighter. In mobile too is slow.
As for reliability, I found it good because it promised to return and exchange. So this is a very good future for an E-Commerce site.
