I bought a receiver from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi 3 days ago. They activated it with password and all and I came home to try it. No luck, I did not get any transmission! My complaint was lodged and attended to by the guys and lo behold I was told there is no signal in my area! (Prabhadevi, Mumbai)!!! Next day I was asked if I would persuade my society to put an antenna on the terrace! I am going to return the set today.
I wanted to know why they are selling this product without any infrastructure in place! Please note that many hoardings still have a wrong toll free number printed which was found inside my product folder also. They have scratched the number in few of the hoardings as of today!
So do not rush to buy, they have a bad network and last but not the least the guys who attend the call are pretty what I can call ’’ atthani ko char’’ types.
The company looks shady.
I followed up with the company and they are not answering my calls! I am saddled with a set which can not recive any transmission.
DO NOT BUY
