I bought this sewing machine nearly 6 months ago.
I tried to stitch my cloths, but never it worked.
I took it to a mechanic, he said why did I bought this sewing machine, it won’t work properly.
later he repaired it, and made to stitch.
but again after one month it again stopped working.
so finally I realized its fault, and decided to sell it.
so based on my experience, this sewing machine is very very light weight. so it can’t work well on hard cloths.
it is very delicate. inspite of repairing many times it never worked perfectly.
looks & feels really very good. very handy & can carry anywhere very easily.
but of useless. and delicate.
I never thought of service & support, because centers are not nearby, we have to pack it & mail it.
which will cost us more than repairing ourselves outside.
